Subject: A sincere thank you for your employees
Scott and Barbara,
I was given your email address by James Blue. I wanted to express my
thanks for his and the mechanic's help (who worked on my daughter's
car). We live in Hagerstown, MD and were visiting family in San
Diego. We had arranged to have a hitch installed on my daughter's
car on Wednesday of this week at U-Haul. We found out very late that
not only had they broken one of the four bolts in trying to remove
it but also broke the easy-out. We were left to fend for ourselves
in finding a mechanic shop to rectify the problem. My father-in-law
managed to find some information on your shop through another
relative. Even with everything booked, James managed to get the car
in and have a mechanic look at it. They were very confident that
they could install the hitch without problem and safely. Since we
were to be on a plane back to Hagerstown on Thursday, family dropped
the hitch off around 8 am. The car was fixed in the timeframe we
were given so our daughters could get the trailer and load a
heirloom piano and start for AZ on their first leg across country.
James checked into everything including the hitch when I got the
model information, just to make sure it could be done without
problem.
This vacation had several valleys, however, the employees of your
shop made it possible not only to get an heirloom started across
country; they made it possible to move my daughter and
granddaughters belongings starting Saturday.
We always make a point to give thanks where their due. I must say
that your employees stepped up to the plate and helped very worn,
weary, and stressed travelers (eight of us all together from two
different states) get on our way on time. My wife and I had no
worries when we were stepping on the plane at 6:15 am on Thursday.
That is the confidence that your employees gave us. Again, thank you
for coming in our hour of desperation and need.
Very Thankful,
Craig and Kim G.
