November 22, 2005 Dear Tim, I want to thank you for the great job you did on my Toyota Tundra yesterday. Before I called you for a quote, I spoke to another shop that was closer to where I live. They wanted a couple of hundred dollars more than what you quoted me, and they wouldn't be able to work on my truck until the next week. So it seemed worth the drive out to Santee. But you even gave me more than I expected. You were friendly, didn't try to sell me something more expensive or something I didn't need, and you made a personal effort to get my job started right away. When it was all over, the truck was done more than an hour SOONER than you told me, and at a cost of about $130 LESS than you told me. So I just wanted you to know that I appreciate that kind of service and integrity, and will gladly recommend your shop to friends.
